We are a locally owned family business serving the area since 1998. We live and work in our community and are dedicated to supporting many of our local organizations.

Durend Construction LLC was established in 2012 by two brothers Lee and James Grundmeyer with having a previous flooring business since 1998 we branched out adding a General Construction business to add more services to business. We specialize in interior finishes with an attention to detail which has made Durend Construction what it is today. We are a local company in Sandy, Oregon which is involved with the local community with sponsoring local Co-ed softball team, Sandy Girls softball team, donating items for local charities or the local Motocross track Mt. View you’ll see us in the community helping!

We’re members for the NTCA or National Tile Contractors of America which we perform our work to the CTEF (Ceramic tile education foundation) standards on every job we do. Lee is a CTI (certified tile installer) #1540 which is a National certification number given with a 85% or better score with a 10 hr hands-on test with a written exam
